I just needed a replacement shelf for my LG, and for that kind of quick search the site worked well. I typed in my model number, found the right part fast, and checkout was smooth. If I were browsing a bunch of parts it might feel different, but for what I needed, it was easy enough.

The part I needed was easy to find, and it showed up just fine, so no complaints there!! The only downside was the shipping cost, which felt a bit high for such a small item. I still went ahead and ordered because I needed it, but it definitely made the total more than I expected. I’d use them again if I had to, I just wish the shipping was a little more reasonable

I just wish the lookup was a little more accurate

I ordered a part from lgparts.com and, i was kind of surprised by how well it was packed.
The box was sturdy, not all dented or smashed up, and the part had plenty of wrapping around it. Nothing was rattling around inside either, which is, you know, always something I worry about with smaller parts.
It showed up clean and in good shape. Simple thing, but it really does make a difference. I’d order from them again.

I wasn’t sure which part I needed for my LG washer, and that part was kind of annoying. I kept going in circles trying to figure it out, checking the model, second guessing myself, and getting frustrated with the same confusion over and over. Support did help me check the model though and sent me the right link, so that made it easy in the end. Still, I wish it had been clearer from the start, but at least there wasn’t much hassle once I got help.
